Summary

• The SafePassage mobile app caters to commercial and residential communities subscribed to our general access control SAAS service. The app aims to offer users a platform to update their visitation list along with a range of other services.

Log on screen

• Users must complete the registration process to acquire the credentials necessary for accessing the app. Registration requires community participation to easily locate your address and name within the system.
• Without community registration, access to the app is not possible.

Visitor Service

• Users are empowered to add, update, or remove visitor information, enabling them to set visitation durations and revoke access for visitors.

Phone number Service

• Users can manage contact phone numbers by adding, updating, or deleting them. Users also have the option to choose which phone numbers can receive text messages through the SafePassage service.

Account

• This feature allows users to view their account information provided by the SafePassage system, displaying all listed residents and their corresponding addresses.
